Smith, Lipinski Introduce ‘No Taxpayer Funding for Abortion’ Act

Yesterday, Congressmen Chris Smith (R-NJ-04) and Congressman Dan Lipinski (D-IL) introduced H.R. 5939, a bill “to prohibit taxpayer funded abortions and to provide for conscience protections, and for other purposes.”
