Hawaii Governor Signs Civil Union Bill
Hawaii Governor Neil Abercrombie signed a same-sex civil union bill into law Wednesday, less than a year after his predecessor vetoed a similar bill. The signing of the bill comes on the same day that Hawaii’s favorite son, Barrack Obama, unilaterally declared DOMA to be unconstitutional.
